2 1 01/06 2224 9,000 mile of Lennon Rd., Clayton Township Responded to a report of a possible chimney fire with AMA from FFD & GTFD. C1 on scene investigation canceled AMA & continued E21 & E11 to investigate, after the owner reported the fire may be out. Creosote in the chimney was noted.  The TI was utilized to check the surrounding structures. The fire was removed to the outside to prevent any flare up. Chief Brent Cole (C-R) 10 6 B
3 1 01/09 0706 10,000 mile of Corunna Rd, Clayton Township Dispatched for chimney fire with AMA from FFD & GTFD. C1 on scene confirmed a report from CTPD the fire was fined to the chimney flue. AMA was requested to standby at their stations. E21, E11 & E12 responded.  The TI was utilized to confirm the fire was confined to the flue.  The fire was extinguished with 2 buckets of water. Asst. 4 13 01/09 1206 EB I-69 at the 126.5 mile marker, Clayton Township Responded to a report of a vehicle entangled in the highway divider cable. E11 utilized the hydraulic cutters to remove the window frame to free the vehicle already on a flat bed wrecker.  Gaines Township PD assisted with traffic control. Chief Brent Cole (C-R) 8 4 1
5 18 01/12 0338 4,000 mile of S. Morrish Rd., Swartz Creek Dispatched to assist the SCPD with gaining entrance to a building that was leaking water. C4 & E11 responded. Investigation determined a broken sprinkler pipe flooded the building with approximately 14" of water.  Crews contacted the DPS to assist with water shut off and stood by until the water drained. 25 10 02/26 2007 7,000 block of Lou Mac Dr, Clayton Township Dispatched for an explosion in the back yard. C2 on scene investigation determined a resident was burning trash, which included some fireworks they were unaware were included.  The resident was advised of the not burning of trash ordinance.  E21 responded with 4. 26 12 02/27 0934 8,000 mile of Miller Rd, Swartz Creek Responded to a commercial fire alarm. Be responding, 911 reported the alarm was canceled at the keypad. 27 18 03/04 1148 3,000 block of Heritage Blvd, Swartz Creek Dispatched for a CO detector activation with a residence sick. E11 responded with 4. Before arrival, 911 indicate a cancelation.
