21	6	02/20	2227	9,000 mile of Miller Rd., Clayton Township	Responded to a vehicle fire.  E11 with 5 & E12 with 2 responded.  E11 extinguished the fire.  When units were ready to return, E12 was hit by a mini-van in the left rear.  One firefighter, sitting in the passenger set of E12, was injured with the vehicle was pushed approximately 2'.  He was transported to McLaren for evaluation, & later released.  The driver of the mini-van was charged with driver while intoxicated by the CTPD. 23	9	02/24	1116	12,000 mile of Beecher Rd., Clayton Township	Responded to a smoke investigation, reported by cell phone caller.  Investigation determined 3 large brush piles were burning (after calling the SCAFD to advise).  The location of the piles was deemed to close to a woods area.  The owner was required to move the piles to an isolated area before continuing to burn.  E21 & G17 responded. 24	1	02/16	1947	Ashley Circle, Swartz Creek	Dispatched, with AMA from FFD & GTFD to a structure fire.  Before arrival, residents in the area rescued a woman near a side entrance.  E11, was the attach engine, while E21 laid a 5" supply line.  S16 provided support will FFD & GTFD provided personnel.  There was heavy damage to the one end of the structure.  The resident was transported to the hospital. 60	15	05/05	1648	2,000 mile of N. Elms Rd., Clayton Township	At the request of CTPD, dispatched to clean up an anti-freeze spill resulting from a 2 vehicle PDA.  E21 applied absorbent and removed to the custody of the wrecker operator.	Chief Brent Cole (C-R)
61	18	05/06	0925	7,000 mile of Lennon Rd., Clayton Township	Responded to an anhydrous ammonia tank leaking after being turned on its side, breaking off the valves.  On scene investigation determined the majority of the product had escaped into the air and as liquid on the ground, into a contained area.  Water fog was utilized to suppress the vapors.  Reverse 911 was utilized to contact the residents down wind to stay inside.  Lennon Rd., was blocked off by local police departments.  The Michigan DEQ was contacted for advise.  Once the tank had leaked most of it's product off, a tractor was used to upright the tank.  The DEQ indicated there was not environmental damage.  E11 & E21 responded. 181	1	12/27	1555	2,000 block of Caranome Dr, Clayton Township	Responded, with AMA from FFD & GTFD to a structure fire.  On scene size up determined there was a fire at the rear of the structure in the deck area, with unknown extension.  E21 stretch an attack line through the front door.  PPV was set up.  E21, E11, E12, S16 & S26 responded. 183	5	12/27	1835	11,000 mile of Miller Rd, Gaines Township	While going for fuel with E11, dispatch was received for wires arcing.  E11 responded and reported the incident belonged to GTFD.  GTFD arrived on scene & requested E11 handle the situation.  CE disconnected the primary and crews investigated the roof area to insure no problems.
